The Gahanna Rotary Foundation

Nice to meet you!

What we’re all about.

Rotary began in Chicago, Illinois in 1905 through the efforts of Paul Harris. Since then, over 29,000 Rotary Clubs have been chartered with over 1,180,550 members in 163 countries. All Clubs have adopted the following objectives of Rotary — The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service; High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian’s occupation as an opportunity to serve society; The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian’s personal, business and community life; The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.

The Rotary Club of Gahanna was founded in December 24, 1978 to serve the Gahanna area. Our foundation allows our club to provide scholarships to local students and to support various non-profit that provide valuable aid to Gahanna residents.
